This ocean waves design is tooled into the leather to give depth and texture. The vibrant colors are hand painted using Angelus paints, specially formulated for durable use on leather. We use latigo leather for the base of our collars and solid brass hardware. This design does not feature crystals but you are welcome to ask for them, no extra charge!
